Coach Development in PDFA
The Palghar District Football Association (PDFA) is committed to strengthening grassroots football by investing in the continuous development of coaches across the district. Our Coach Development Programs are designed by AIFF to build technically sound, tactically aware, and ethically responsible football coaches who can nurture talent at every level.

- To promote modern coaching methodologies aligned with national and international standards
- To develop coaches capable of working with youth, grassroots, and senior players
